Quality management ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system (“QMS”). To be certified according to the ISO 9001 standard, a company must comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. The standard is used by organizations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and government requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.
AS 9100D Aerospace and defence
AS9100 is the international standard for quality management systems for the aerospace and defense industry (AS&D), created by IAQG, and AS9100 Rev D (2016) is the latest version. The standard gives suppliers requirements to create and maintain a comprehensive quality system to provide safe and reliable products to the ASD industry, as well as requirements for civil and military aviation. “AS9100 Certified” means that an organization has met the requirements of AS9100D.
Environmental management ISO 14001
ISO 14001: 2015 is the international standard that requires an effective environmental management system, otherwise known as EMS.
Many organizations decide to implement ISO 14001 and obtain registration because it guarantees customers, shareholders, suppliers, regulatory authorities and society at large that the company has a good environmental management system (EMS) in place. An organization with an effective EMS will usually meet customer expectations and comply with regulations better than an organization that does not have an effective EMS. Many organizations require their suppliers to have an ISO 14001 registration.
Work environment ISO 45001
Everyone has the right to a safe and healthy work environment. The international standard ISO 45001 is a tool for organizations to work systematically to strengthen the physical and social health of the workplace. By certifying themselves against the standard, organizations show that they work systematically with their work environment.
The Swedish Work Environment Authority (“Arbetsmiljöverket”) changes its regulations annually and there are constantly new requirements for the work environment, which also includes organizational and psychosocial work environment. Companies need to adapt to this and this means increased demands on leadership and internal processes.

ISO 13485 Medical devices
Certification according to the standard requires an organization’s quality management system to pass a third-party Medical Device Single Audit program, or “MDSAP” audit. For the most part: ISO 13485 = ISO 9001 + Additional requirements for medical equipment.
Although ISO 13485: 2016 remains a stand-alone document, it is in line with ISO 9001: 2008. (Yes, 2008, not 2015.) This is because it does not follow the high-level structure (Appendix L) in the latest version of ISO 9001 (which is 9001: 2015). In addition, the documentation and safety requirements are much greater according to ISO 13485: 2016, while ISO 9001: 2015 focuses on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
This global standard is mandatory in some countries, including in Sweden for suppliers of medical products.
ISO 27001 Information security
The ISO 27000 series provides a structured and efficient way of working for organizations that strive for improved internal control over information security.
A management system according to ISO 27000 provides a framework for information security. By implementing the requirements standard ISO 27001, you equip your company to systematically detect, report and remedy information security deficiencies. The standard is a support for everyone who wants to improve, among other things, their risk management work.
It is not only important for the company or business that the information is kept secret, but that it e.g. is also accurate and available when it should be available. The fact that information is disseminated without control can damage a company very much both financially, in terms of reputation and it can also be purely illegal, e.g. if the personal data stored is disseminated to unauthorized persons.
The ISO 27000 series provides a structured and efficient way of working for organizations that strive for improved internal control over information security. The standards are developed and verified by leading experts around the world. The ISO 27000 series is a cost-effective insurance of your organization and its information. ISO 27001 can be applied to all organizations, regardless of industry, size and business and is designed so that it can be integrated with related systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
ISO 17025 for laboratories
ISO 17025 is the main international standard for general requirements for the competence of test and calibration laboratories. In most countries, ISO / IEC 17025 is the standard for which most laboratories must be accredited in order to be considered technically competent. There is much in common with the ISO 9001 standard, but ISO / IEC 17025 are more specific in terms of competence requirements and apply directly to the organizations that produce test and calibration results and are based on more technical principles that provide many benefits for laboratories.
This international ISO 17025 standard is suitable for all laboratories regardless of size and scope of test and calibration methods.
ISO / IEC 17025 helps implement a quality management system (QMS), with the goal of improving their ability to be consistent in producing valid results. It is also the basis for accreditation from an
accreditation body. Since the standard is about competence, accreditation is simply the formal recognition of a demonstration of this competence. A prerequisite for a lab to be accredited is to have a documented QMS. The common content of the quality manual shall conform to the outline of the ISO / IEC 17025 standard.
ISO 26000 Sustainability
ISO 26000 is a guiding standard for social responsibility. Unlike ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, it does not contain requirements and can therefore not be certified against. Instead, ISO 26000 describes what your company or organization can do to contribute to a socially sustainable society.
ISO 26000 can be used in both the public and private sectors and contains, among other things:
-Concepts, terms and definitions.
-Background, trends and distinctive features.
-Principles and routines.
-Cores and issues.
-Integration, implementation and promotion of social, responsible behavior throughout your organization, in the form of policies and routines, within your industry area.
-Identification of and collaboration with stakeholders.
– Dissemination of information about commitments, benefits and other things in connection with social responsibility.
ISO 26000 contains seven basic principles that should permeate an organization’s work with social responsibility. The seven basic principles are:

ISO 56000 Series Innovation

NADCAP
Nadcap (formerly NADCAP, National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is a global cooperative accreditation program for aerospace, defense and related industries.
The Nadcap program is administered by the Performance Review Institute (PRI). Nadcap was founded in 1990 by SAE International. Nadcap membership consists of “main contractors” who coordinate with aerospace accredited suppliers to develop industry-wide audit criteria for special processes and products. Via PRI, Nadcap provides independent certification of manufacturing processes for industry. PRI is headquartered in Warrendale, Pennsylvania with branches of Nadcap in London, Beijing and Nagoya.
The Nadcap program provides accreditation for special processes in the aerospace and defense industries.

Certification support
The certification becomes proof that your organization’s management system actually meet the measure. It is also a way to respond to demands from customers and suppliers. We offer company-adapted training, ie. trainings that are tailored to your specific needs, expectations, number and level of participants. We want the knowledge to reach, that it should be efficient, convenient and fun for our customers to raise their level of competence. Therefore, you can come with an idea and together we will make an adaptation of the education. We think that a good
structure in the education is important, but we do not want to prevent the knowledge from having the right impact by putting it in a framework. We have basic templates for all the parts we work with, but it is you who decide which targets are to be achieved and how they are to be presented. We happily help you to choose the right method if desired.

1. Number of participants. Group or individual?
2. Number of hours / days / occasions (depending on information level).
3. Method – formal / informal, e.g. accompanying exam or Kick-off end. Educations that provide eligibility, e.g. Auditing training must include testing / tests, and then it also means the accompanying CERTIFICATE.
4. Practical education or theoretical. Best of all is to mix, but sometimes you want to decide for yourself how much of it should be included. You may have something to create or arrange, why not let your employees do it directly at the training?
5. Visible or discreet? Should it be seen and heard that you are completing the training or would you rather have a discreet coach support for the CEO or management or prepare a person for relocation / new position / tasks?
